T-Mobile & Carphone Warehouse Case Study
Active Hospitality & Events worked with T-Mobile and The Carphone Warehouse on a nationwide staff sales incentive program, in the build up to Euro 2004. Driven by T-Mobile and channelled through Carphone Warehouse retail stores, staff from across the UK participated in a sales incentive program, where staff were rewarded with a trip to Portugal to watch England in Euro 2004.
The scheme was both tiered and multi-staged to both reward the staff that reached their sales targets but also acknowledged those that made the most sales in relation to their individual targets.
Active created, developed, managed and delivered a program that saw 100 sales staff attend an exclusive football training day at Bisham Abbey, England's Training Ground, where they competed against each other to secure those sought after tickets to Portugal.
During the day, staff were put through their paces and a series of challenges by, Neville Southall, Steve Claridge, Kerry Dixon and Dermot Gallacher, culminating in the top 20 facing a penalty shootout against Everton & Wales legend Neville Southall - The top 10 of which then went on to secure the all expenses paid trip to Portugal.
