Royal Ascot Village Package

Ideally positioned in the centre of the course opposite the New Grandstand the Royal Ascot Village is a popular facility; incorporating private chalets for 30 or more guests and a restaurant facility offering tables of 10.

The package includes the following:

• Private viewing area overlooking the finishing line.
• Reserved car park pass (one per couple).
• Morning coffee on arrival.

Trackside Restaurant Package

The Trackside Restaurant is one of many innovations at the new Ascot Racecourse, offering clients the opportunity to book a table in a marquee facility situated in a prime position, overlooking the track at Concourse level.

With a head-on view of the racing action only metres away from the track, this facility promises to become one of the most coveted areas within the new Grandstand at Royal Ascot.

The Trackside Restaurant package includes:

• Exclusive tables of 10 or shared tables for smaller groups
• Guest pass into the Royal Enclosure (dress code must be adhered to at all times).
• One car park label per couple
• Morning coffee and biscuits
• Pimm’s and champagne reception
• Five course luncheon
• Selection of vintage wines
• Selection of liqueurs
• Traditional afternoon tea with strawberries and cream and pink champagne
• Complimentary bar throughout the day including

Dress code for the Royal Enclosure: Ladies are required to dress in a manner appropriate to a formal occasion. This means that a hat must be worn and strapless dresses are not permitted. Gentlemen are required to wear either black or grey morning dress, including a waistcoat with a top hat.
