The Festival offers four days of unrivalled racing which culminates with the Gold Cup on the Friday. There is no other race meeting in the world that can match the quality that is on offer over the four day event and Active Hospitality are pleased to offer a number of different packages for the Festival.
Gold Cup Restaurant Package
The restaurant offers dining in contemporary surroundings, serving a Chef’s table menu, allowing people to enjoy their lunch at their own pace.
The package includes the following:
- Admission ticket and club badge
- Car park (one per two people)
- Racecard
- Champagne reception
- Racing personality to run through the card
- Chef’s table luncheon, including wine
- Afternoon tea
- Complimentary bar throughout the day (excluding champagne)
Festival Restaurant Package
Adjacent to the Hall of Fame, the restaurant provides an excellent base for the day and easy access to the grandstand.
The Festival Restaurant package includes:
- Admission ticket and club badge
- Car park (one per two people)
- Racecard
- Racing personality to run through the card
- Morning coffee
- 4 course luncheon
- Afternoon tea
- The price excludes drinks, which can be pre-ordered
Horseshoe Pavilion Restaurant
Located in the centre of the tented village, this restaurant is close to both the parade ring and the Guinness Village.
The Horseshoe Pavilion Restaurant package includes:
- Admission ticket and club badge
- Car park (one per two people)
- Racecard
- Morning coffee
- Champagne reception
- 4 course luncheon, including wine
- Afternoon team
- Complimentary bar throughout the day (excluding champagne)
We are also pleased to offer some more private and luxurious packages in the trackside boxes.
Glass Fronted Boxes with Balcony
Located alongside the course, these elegantly furnished boxes provide a wonderful view of the action. Each box accommodates 40 people for luncheon (minimum of 26 to confirm the booking).
