Active Marketing Bespoke Events

Active have experience of delivering some excellent bespoke events for some great brands and our corporate clients. Working with the client, Active can create, deliver and manage bespoke events, spanning a range of themes and in response to various business & marketing objectives of the client.

Bespoke events can be created from scratch or built around an existing event or sporting fixture. Equally so, Active will ensure that the client experience is memorable and faultless. Beyond simply delivering and managing the event itself, Active can also offer guest support services, providing flights, transfers, accommodation and venue ground handling.

Case Study: Burtons

In response to a brief from Burtons, Active created an exclusive event at Bisham Abbey, training ground to the England Team.

The event included personal coaching from Bobby Robson, Terry Venables and Stuart Pearce and supported by a team of FA qualified coaches for 120 guests of Burtons.

The full day event including corporate hospitality throughout the day, accommodation and guest management.

Active created, developed, delivered and managed the entire event liaising with Burtons throughout and managing guest invites and experience.

Through Active Sports Marketing, 3rd party event partners, such as Sony Playstation, were also brought on board to provide additional event activities and the event was delivered in partnership with The Bobby Moore Fund.
